When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow. The seller only receives the funds after you have reviewed and approved the delivered work. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) with SSL/TLS encryption. Your credit card details and financial information are never stored on our servers.
Task Review & Moderation
Every new task listing is reviewed by our moderation team before going live. We verify that service descriptions are accurate, images are appropriate, and pricing is reasonable to maintain marketplace quality.
Verified Buyer Reviews
Only buyers who have completed and paid for an order can leave a review. This ensures all feedback is genuine and based on real experiences. Fake reviews and review manipulation are strictly prohibited and result in account suspension.
Dispute Resolution Center
If an issue arises between a buyer and seller, our dedicated Resolution Center allows both parties to submit evidence. Our support team mediates fairly, with options including revision requests, partial refunds, or full refunds depending on the situation.
Anti-Fraud Protection
We monitor all platform activity for suspicious behavior, including fake accounts, payment fraud, and off-platform transaction attempts. Our security systems flag unusual activity, and our team takes swift action to protect the community.
Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and professional marketplace, all Anylancer users must follow these guidelines:
- Be honest and transparent — Provide accurate descriptions of your services, qualifications, and capabilities. Misrepresentation leads to account suspension.
- Communicate respectfully — Treat all users with professionalism and respect. Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
- Keep transactions on-platform — All payments must go through Anylancer to ensure protection for both parties. Off-platform transactions void all protections.
- Deliver quality work — Sellers must deliver work that matches their service description and meets the buyer's requirements within the agreed timeframe.
- Respect intellectual property — Do not deliver plagiarized, stolen, or copyrighted work. All deliveries must be original or properly licensed.
