Everything about checkout, deposits, withdrawals, fees, and refunds.

Payment Methods

Anylancer accepts:

  • Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards
  • PayPal — PayPal balance and linked payment methods
  • Anylancer Wallet — Pay with pre-deposited balance
  • Offline Payments — Bank transfer (where enabled)

Buyer Fees

A 20% service fee is added to each order at checkout. This fee is clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.

How Escrow Works

Your payment is protected through our escrow system:

  1. You pay → money is held securely in escrow
  2. Seller delivers the work
  3. You accept → seller's earnings enter 14-day clearance
  4. After clearance → seller can withdraw

The seller never receives your money until you approve the delivery (or it auto-completes).

Wallet Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: $10
  • Maximum deposit: $1,000
  • Processing fee: 2%

Deposits can be made via Stripe or PayPal from your Wallet page.

Seller Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: $10
  • Maximum withdrawal: $1,000 per transaction
  • Processing fee: 2%
  • Limit: one (1) withdrawal request per day

Withdrawals are reviewed by our team before processing. Allow 1-5 business days for processing.

⚠️ Important: Withdrawal requests are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please double-check your withdrawal amount and payment method before submitting.

Seller Commission

Anylancer retains 15% of each completed order. Your net earnings = order amount minus commission.

Refunds

Refunds may occur when:

  • A dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor
  • An order is cancelled by mutual agreement
  • An admin cancels an order due to policy violation

Refunds go to your Anylancer wallet (not the original payment method). For full refund details, see our Payment Terms.

⚠️ Important: Do not file a chargeback with your bank before using our dispute system. Chargebacks bypass our protections and may result in account suspension.
