How to find the right freelancer, place orders, and get great results.

Finding Services

  • Browse Tasks — Explore all available services from the main navigation
  • Search — Type keywords (e.g., "logo design," "WordPress developer") for specific results
  • Categories — Browse by service type (Design, Development, Writing, etc.)
  • Filters — Narrow results by price range, delivery time, seller level, and rating
  • Hire Pages — Visit skill-specific landing pages (e.g., /hire/web-design)

Understanding Task Listings

Each task listing includes:

  • Description — What the seller offers and their approach
  • Pricing Tiers — Basic, Standard, and Premium packages with different deliverables
  • Delivery Time — Estimated turnaround for each package
  • Revisions — How many revision rounds are included
  • Seller Profile — Rating, reviews, response time, and portfolio
  • FAQs — Common questions answered by the seller

Placing an Order

  1. Click "Order Now" on the pricing tier you want
  2. Review the order summary (service fee is shown before you pay)
  3. Choose your payment method: Stripe (card), PayPal, or Wallet balance
  4. Complete checkout — your payment is held securely in escrow
  5. You'll be prompted to submit your project requirements
💡 Tip: Write clear, detailed requirements. The better you describe what you need, the better the result. Include examples, references, or files if helpful.

During the Order

  • Use the order chat to communicate with the seller about your project
  • The seller will deliver through the platform — you'll get a notification
  • Review the delivered work carefully

After Delivery

When the seller delivers, you have three options:

  1. Accept — Mark the order as complete (funds are released after the clearance period)
  2. Request a Revision — Ask for changes (if revisions are included in your package)
  3. Open a Dispute — If the delivery doesn't match what was promised

If you don't respond within 3 days, the order auto-completes.

Leaving a Review

After completion, you can rate the seller (1-5 stars) and leave a written review. Honest reviews help other buyers and reward great sellers. See our Community Standards for review guidelines.
